CETIA is the only association dedicated to promoting, protecting and supporting California's Test-Only station owners.  Our association is funded exclusively by membership dues and contributions. What We Do

CETIA was created for the benefit of California Test-Only station owners by California Test-Only station owners.  This Year we aggressively worked with the departments of the state and the legislature to insure that protections for the Test-Only Industry were included in AB 2289.
